Drury Inn & Suites Dallas Frisco

Located within easy access of major highways, but isolated from traffic noise. The tasteful, restful atmosphere extends from the lobby to the guest rooms. Above average food at both breakfast and happy hour. Friendly professional service. Fast WiFi. Convenient parking. Our number one pick for return visits.

The staff at this hotel is the true definition of showing top notch hospitality and customer service along with being extremely friendly and accommodating. Located to many restaurants and shops. However, it is also very close to the North Dallas Tollway (NDT), which can be a little noisy at times. Overall, the property is very clean. Public spaces are bright and comfortable. Our suite was spacious, comfortable bed and nice soft towels but it was a little dated and dark. Appreciated daily housekeeping. Breakfast and the kickback is an added bonus. There is a good size indoor pool and whirlpool located on the nineth floor also an outdoor terrace with a great view of Frisco.

The front desk personnel were very welcoming everytime I re-entered the hotel and always asked if I needed anything. Rooms and bathrooms very roomy and beds very comfortable. Heard very little noise in the room and felt very safe at the location when arriving back later in the evening. Very convenient location to tollways, shopping and restaurants. Delicious breakfast and coffee bar and very helpful staff in dining area. My husband and I come to Frisco frequently visiting family since we moved away a few years ago and have stayed at several of the area hotels. This by far was my favorite and will return again soon. Thank you for being so welcoming and making me feel at home. The hotel has a happy hour with drinks and food in the evenings that come with your stay but I did not have a chance to take advantage of that.

We were in town for a very large soccer tournament and I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about the staff at this property. They were extremely friendly, caring, and helpful while our family and the rest of our team of 14 boys and their families were there to compete. Breakfast on site was a great perk especially when we had some early morning games. The pool was perfect for the boys to stay moving but not get exhausted between games, the fitness facility, while small and had limited equip as adequate enough to get in a decent quick workout. Back to the staff, EVERY SINGLE PERSON we encountered met us with a big smile, like they were genuinely happy that we were there. They cheered the boys on as we left for our games and made sure the boys had enough to eat and were well fueled. My family personally had an issue with some noisy neighbors above us and the staff politely handled the situation immediately and with grace. After I explained the issue to the front desk, before I even made it back on to the elevator to go back to my room, the front desk had handled the noisy neighbor issue and my son, who had an early game the next morning was able to finally get the sleep he needed. I highly recommend this property for the staff alone but the perks offered with the stay make it a no brainer. I would be happy to stay there again if I ever made down to Frisco/Dallas again.

I stayed here recently when I was having repairs done to my house. It’s a convenient location to the Dallas Tollway, the mall and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly. I was in a suite so there was a separate bedroom and living area with plenty of room. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s a great place to stay with the extras that come with the room – the evening Kickback with enough food for dinner, 3 free drinks per person and the full breakfast buffet in the morning. Definitely worth staying at if you are in the area!
