The Vineyard at Florence

After a disappointing introduction to their general disregard for our comfort, we had the most fantastic service from Michael. He turned it around for us, so attentive and capable, not to mention very pleasant to interact with.

The remodel was great but the plancha to complement our wine was lacking. You used to serve it on a proper presentation plate and now you serve in a to go box and plastic silverware…highly disappointing. Service to top it all was almost inattentive!

We had a couple of miscommunication issues at first, but that was very soon resolved. We spoke to the manager James who was very kind and made the rest of our experience delightful. Our stay was even better than expected. The entire property was very spacious and offered a pool, trails, bikes, and food. Pictures do no justice, our suite was even more gorgeous in person! All the little details of the room were very well thought of. From the Nespresso machine, to the shampoo’s and conditioners, everything was of great quality! I would recommend the Botticelli Suite, we had two outdoor patios, two fireplaces, walk in closet, and an outdoor shower all to ourselves. The food was great, wine was wonderful as well. The complimentary breakfast was a mixture of small items and even that was great. Outdoor music was a plus! From day 1 of our stay, the staff were very kind and professional. Always had a smile on their face and always friendly. Each one of them had great customer service, and I wish I could have personally went up to each one of them to inform them how much we meant that. I believe having wonderful staff makes a huge difference in the stay. Because of the cleanliness and amazing team of the Vineyard, we will be back. You will not regret your stay at the Vineyard at Florence.

My husband and I had a getaway for our anniversary. Far enough from town to relax and only hear cows and coyote and see stars. The rooms are clean, functional, up to date with everything working. The next morning all the power went out, what a great time we had. Sarge "the cook" went to work the old fashion way. Making coffee by straining the grounds cooking are eggs over a fire. No power, no stress! The food, wine, and staff are excellent. Even if I wanted to say something bad I could not find anything.

I stayed here with coworkers for a team retreat. The accommodations were fantastic- the room was huge, bed super comfortable and balcony was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and a cooking class and wine tasting + tour. This would be the perfect place for a romantic getaway but they did a great job with our team of event planners- a hard group to please. The best part about the trip was the food. Everything we had was incredible. Can’t wait to return.
