Renaissance Dallas North Hotel

Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable, the restaurant was great downstairs too. Misleidy one of the waitress was great and food always came out perfect. The bar always seemed busy and everyone was super nice and always asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable.

We had a really nice stay. The rooms were clean as was the hotel. They still need to update some more. But it’s definitely coming along. The best part was the Starbucks in the morning and our dinner and drinks. Love the sweet barista who works mornings and our waitress, Misleidy, was wonderful. They were both extremely friendly, professional, accommodating. They made the trip. My one and only thing I found frustrating was that I especially wanted to be able to use the pool. It was open, we were able to lounge outside in the beautiful weather but the pool was not usable. It needed cleaning desperately and there was no sign of anyone available to clean the pool. Aside from that, this hotel was worth the price and we will for sure stay the next time we’re in Dallas!

Great service in the restaurant. Misteidy was my sever and did an excellent job - polite, responsive and quick! She made my experience a 10! The food was very good as well. It is so great when traveling to be able to pop down in the hotel and have a great experience!

I got really sick and had to stay an extra night. My colleague was charged almost double the price for the night even though there were plenty of rooms. There is no convenience store as listed or in room good service. Starbucks was open at random. Most outlets in room didn't work. Room was dusty and bath didn't work.
