La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham El Paso East

I've been coming here for years & it keeps getting better. Beds extremely comfortable, Fridge, Micro, modern furnishings, fabulous job with renovations & VG Wi-Fi. Rooms are super clean thanks to the great housekeeping staff. Front Desk clerks offer excellent service & care notably Erin & Danielle (others as well whose names I don't remember). I had a small issue late eve & maintenance had already gone home. I called the front desk & Danielle said she would be right up to fix it..& she did, quickly! From what I can see, manager Cyndi is the reason why this place is as nice as it is, & the employees are as good as they are. TY! LoRusso

If you're looking for a "get what you pay for" this is it. This building needs some updates. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The elevator was out of service. We stayed in an ADA room and the bathroom smelled musty, paint coming off of the walls by the shower but clean enough. Heat/ac fan was very loud when running. Free breakfast was standard, although the eggs and sausage patties are kept in crock pots and weren't keeping the food hot, barely warm.

The establishment was very clean and the staff was friendly. I also appreciated the fact that the access to all rooms was inside the lobby. I did feel that the elevator location was in a weird spot, directly across from guest rooms. But, accessing the parking lot can be difficult.

Decent hotel. Small bathroom but lots of hot water for shower/bath. TV small for room but decent channels and picture. Liked separate freezer section in refrig. Beds decent. Liked grassy areas outside for dog and the $25 for him. Other hotels charged us $40! Breakfast area way too small and food was typical for hotels.

Need bigger pillows and breakfast eggs no taste Other than that every thing great . All staff at its best ! Will come back if needed ........ Happy stay and great rest . Highly recommend this place for sure . Parking place excellent and evening else .
