Stolen ring!!! I was here for 12 nights and on day 4 a ring was missing from my counter. I completely flipped the room but it was missing and I KNOW I didn't take or more it. I reported it to the staff and since it fell on a Friday I would have to wait until Monday for a manager to be in house. I left my phone number since I work 16 hour days and I get back late just to sleep. A week goes by from my report I don't hear anything from the staff. Finally the day I check out the only day I have to talk in person they tell me that they never talked to their house keeping but were saying they need to talk to her but that I need to make a police report but i had a plane I needed to catch and didn't have time to make a report. I felt completely brushed off. They didn't even ask the staff who entered my room about it. I'm a diamond member I basically live in hotels and this has never happened to me. $200 ring missing and they never even asked house keeping about it over a week is ridiculous. No way to file a claim either. So I'm SOL

Like all the Hampton inn, Hilton group, is a very nice and clean hotel. The only negative point is the price that in 10 years almost double it. But the suite as a real apartment is a very good idea and next time I will come for sure here, so I can prepare dinner myself. Great.

I always liked this hotel, the rooms, the breakfast, the pillows, etc., however, this time was different. The breakfast was overcooked the two days I stayed here, just like if they were cooking again and again the same eggs and sausage from days before. Pillows were very work and looked old.

Standard Homewood Suites. Nice lobby with semi-comfortable furniture. Desk clerk was hard to understand with soft, rapid, accented voice. She did not acknowledge diamond status or offer water. Room was large witn couch, and kitchenette. Mattress was bit soft but comfortable. Noise level was low. Fitness room was smallish , but it had all needed equipment. I wish they would ditch the Peloton bikes. Breakfast was good. Attendants were great. In Wednesday from 5-7, they have complimentary soup and salad. Internet speed was around 25 Mbps.

The staff at Homewood was considerate and contributed to a pleasant stay. Yoli was especially kind and thoughtful, and she did a great job preparing the complimentary breakfast and greeting the guests. Thanks for a great stay.
