The worst experience I had have in hotels in Dallas, beware is a Fraud, once you paid, they wonât do anything for you ⌠The room I am staying smell very rough; a smell as CURRY đ¤˘, when we enter to room smell a lot to deodorant, after the smell of it vanished, the real smell started to show. I went to the front desk to ask for a change of room, they told me no.. I asked for someone to clean the room, it needed a deep cleaning, they told me no, that cannot be possible. I asked for a refund of my money, they told me no. The manager told me that her bosses had the last word and they say no. Is very inhuman to stay in a room that smells bad. There is customer service, but when you try to reach them by phone, a recording answers telling you to send an email, and they have a respond of 3 business days.. so I am trapped in a room that the smell is awful and they cannot do anything for me, because I already paid( the worst mistake).. I invite the bosses and the manager of this hotel to sleep in this room and if they can stand a few hours the smell. Tip, very late I made a research and found that you can get better offers on Expedia for rates of extended stay for 10 more dollars a day, with daily housekeeping and breakfast includedâŚ.. you just need to search more I hope no one passes for something like this again.

I made a reservation at this location for a 1 Queen Bed Non Smoking Accessible Studio w/ Kitchen with weekly rate of $323.23. I was sent an email confirmation for the reservation. At check-in the front desk said they could not find my reservation in their computer system and I was charged a different rate which was $369.00 weekly. So with no where else to stay I had to accept this mistake and pay more than my reservation was set for. I feel I was scammed at this location for more money. I called the phone number I made the reservation with and they found my reservation just fine. I contacted customer service about the problem and to hopefully be reimbursed but was sent an email back saying nothing could be done. Please do not stay at this location unless you want to be charged a higher rate than your reservation states.

If I could rate below 1, I would... STAY AWAY. I made this reservation for mother as it was near the hospital and reasonably priced for an extended stay. I attempted to call several times for a credit card authorization form but had the manager yell at me and tell me that he'll get to me eventually. He finally sent it after misspelling my name multiple names. He clearly doesn't know anything about US geography because my name is a state (like I mentioned). Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk although it was during their listed hours. We left several voicemails and finally they got back to us and told us we have to get there within the next 10 minutes or they wouldn't give us keys till Monday (2 days later). The level of disrespect and lack of apology was unbelievable. We finally were able to get keys and the place smelled of weed and trash. We finally got to the room and it looked like it wasn't even sanitized or cleaned. The trash.. well.. the picture explains for itself... blood.... there was blood... At that point, we decided to cancel the whole stay and requested our money back. We were disgusted that this place was even still running. This was not a guest inconvenience rather a health concern. We will be reporting this to the health department as well.

As of 9/23/19, I'm going on 6 weeks of no housekeeping service. The internet connectivity is unreliable at best with no compensation. Full price is demanded for a fraction of the advertised service. After a short time of my stay, I am informed that the housekeeping service is being downgraded to light service every other week and full service on the others with no price difference. The "General Manager" makes no concessions when collecting full price on services that where not rendered. To add insult to injury, he has the gall to offer additional services at an additional cost with a new "bedding package" when; might I remind you, previously paid services have not been reliability honored. Having said that, I am now forced to buy cleaning supplies and consider an alternate internet service provider. Expenses on top of already paid for services. I reached out to their corporate office and they directed me back to the "General Manager" for resolution. Zero customer service skills on either party. I will be vacating ASAP. If you decide to stay, be fore warned.

Bitten by bed bugs & now have huge itchy red bite spots. Manager Jennifer said they wonât give any compensation on price of room unless they see the bed bugs themselves. Showed her the bite marks as proof. Then said if they did find a live bug in their room the compensation is they supposedly refund your money & then throw you out for getting bitten by their bugs! She says once their bugs get into all your stuff they donât want to move you to a room that might not already have bugs. What kind of apology & service training is this. Donât stay here unless you like being eaten alive by bugs & then being insulted by the manager.
