1. No heat in the room. 2. One brand of breakfast bar for breakfast and my coffee was cold on Day 2. 3. Window wouldn't shut completely. 4. I was told the room I had a confirmation number for was not available, and was moved and charged more. 5. Hair in the tub.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at... stayed here with my two kids and received a noise complaint although there were two couples who got into an altercation, and nothing was done or said... Not saying that was any of my business however I do feel as though I was being picked on. The room was disgusting. Hair in the tub, hair on the shower walls, pee on the sides of the toilet seat, floors were nasty there was a giant hole cut into the ceiling, so it was pretty cold at night my daughter is sick now. When checking out my daughter forgot her phone, I called that day to make sure it was in there and was advised nothing was found in the room. I called to see when I would receive my deposit and was advised it should be on my card the next day. When I didn't receive it the next day I called again and was advised it would be the day after that. Still nothing called for a third time and was advised I was not receiving my deposit back due to evidence of smoking in the room. The Pictures they took and decided was "evidence" was pictures of cooking grease I disposed of in bottles because I did not want to pour it down the drain. Should've just done that. while on the phone about my deposit I asked about my daughter's phone, and it is magically at the front desk now. No one contacted to say the phone was found or mentioned it on one of the phone calls I had with them

This place is the absolute worst "hotel" I've ever entered. The room we booked was not available, so we were upgraded (at our own expense) to a 2-bedroom suite. It was filthy, hot (one of the AC thermostats wasn't working) and there were plastic mattress covers on the beds "for sanitary reasons." The place smelled like a weed farm, and the room we were given was down an unlit hallway. I was with my 82-year-old mother and it's the only time I've ever felt unsafe at a hotel. I've stayed at travel inns/motels that felt safer and were cleaner.

STAY AWAY!!!! City shut down place early March 2024 entire hotel had to leave with 5 days notice due to no.heat hot water or AC from deferred maintenance resulting in massive pipe burst and flood. Owner then randomly required $100 deposit for new check ins. Owner is a crook in over his head. He is selling rooms early April for eclipse do not book!!!!

I cannot get to the elevator without some weirdo on my back like he was a junkie and I was a needle full of heroin. They wait for you at the exit and talk smack to see if you'll respond so they can run to the mgmt and start drama. Ninety nine percent of the guests here now are professional troublemakers. The mgmt included.
