Just hand towels in the bathroom. I didnât notice until I was getting out of the shower. AC was knocking when I checked in, they fixed the knocking but it didnât cool properly the rest of the night. Eggs werenât even warm at breakfast. Finally there was a big bug running around the room on the 6th floor.

The lobby is nice, room was nice as well (we stayed on the premium floor in a corner suite). The breakfast is always wonderful at these hotelsâwe enjoy the fresh eggs and food, and we also love the added snacks and drinks (although we had to request ours since it wasnât already in the room when we arrived). The pool area had a birthday party or something going on, so there were no towels, everything was wet, no available chairs or tables, children/people everywhere. We gave it three hours, but then asked the front desk if thereâs a limit on those types of things and they said no. That would be a recommendation for the future for sure. My biggest concern was the hidden parking fee. Didnât see anything about it until we got a note on our car walking back out at check out. I saw the signs/qr codes walking in but I thought it was for folks flying and such. $30?!? No gates, no garages, no covers? Absolutely unheard of and definitely a reason not to return to this one. Felt very blind sided especially since there was nothing about it in the reservation process or in the room.

We had a fantastic time at the Embassy Hotel! The front desk lady who works the night shift was incredibly welcoming and kind to everyone. I wish I remembered her name because she truly made our stay even better. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! âââââ

The staff at the hotel were amazing! Symone was fantastic and got me coffee and some food when I missed the breakfast due to a meeting. My room was clean and comfortable and I love the soaps in the shower. When I checked in the gentleman at front desk was very helpful.
