Canvas Hotel Dallas

The noise from our room was terrible. Seemed like no insulation. Heard all the sirens, street noise, everything in and around our room. We were on the 5th floor outside room. Couldn't get any sleep even with a sound machine on. Terrible experience and with no sleep made the drive home very hard and just glad we made it and not get into an accident.

I selected the hotel because of its location and because it looked really cool. I was delighted with the hotel, staff, and room. The bed was super comfy, with great pillows, and the bathroom was large and spotless. I did find myself ill upon arriving and asked the front desk if they had any Gatorade. This extremely helpful young man at the front desk not only brought me the Gatorade, but he also went to the kitchen and brought me up some crackers. Keep in mind that this building wasn't designed to be a hotel, so the exposed ductwork for the heating and air conditioning can be heard. It's not terrible, and they do offer a noise-canceling machine, but it can be heard. The rooftop pool and lounge were fantastic, and I would highly recommend getting their grits!!! I would definitely go back.

Bedding is comfortable, room is chic and clean, guest services are always attentive and friendly, and I never forget to enjoy the rooftop bar and pool. The gym access in the neighboring mall is a bit confusing, but I am glad there is a gym at all.

Super cute hotel with modern a modern, minimalist touch! Amenities included gym access (it’s across the street), pool, refrigerator in room, and the most friendliest of staff. Location is a perfect location to walkable restaurant and bars and top of that has a restaurant and rooftop bar inside the hotel. We really felt like we didn’t need to leave. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel facility is a good fit for hours meeting. We had two groups and therefore two rooms. One of 20 people and one of 7. Facilities and food was very good. Erika was very attentive to our needs in setting up and maintaining our room supplies and in servicing our meeting needs. Very nice setting and comfortable location.
