Overall my stay was great always is. They have great customer service the front office is always so kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and cold for a good nights rest! I always stay here weather with family, business or personal. Great stay every time.

My recent stay at Motel 6 in Corpus Christi- North West incredibly disappointing and far below expectations. Despite booking our reservation through Booking.com, we encountered a series of issues that left us deeply dissatisfied. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that we were charged again by Motel 6, with the explanation that Booking.com would refund the duplicate payment. This lack of transparency and accountability was frustrating and immediately set a negative tone for our stay. The problems continued as the key provided to us did not work, and we had to make multiple trips to the front desk for assistance. Upon finally gaining access to our room, we were met with unsatisfactory conditions; the bed covers were visibly dirty, and to our dismay, we discovered bugs present in the room. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance standards were unacceptable and left us feeling uncomfortable and disgusted. Attempting to address these issues with the front desk staff the following day proved to be futile. Despite our concerns, we were met with dismissiveness and were informed that a refund could not be issued until confirmation was received from Booking.com. This lack of urgency and customer care was deeply disappointing and reflected poorly on the professionalism of the staff. Overall, our experience at Motel 6 was unacceptable. As paying customers, we expect transparency, cleanliness, and professionalism, none of which were provided during our stay. I urge management to address these issues promptly and implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend Motel 6 to other travelers

The good things first, rooms are budget friendly (on the higher end of course!) The service is amazing and so are the people who serve. Rooms are good and clean and very well maintained, has a classy touch to it. The only thing that lacks is the royal touch to it; a more grand and palatial feel inside out.

My stay here has been very enjoyable and comfortable. I was only going to stay for a day then move closer to the veterans admin. but like it so much I have stayed 3 weeks now. Plus they love my service dog and theres lots of space for him to run and play outside.

I booked this Motel through booking.com and when I checked in they changed the price to a higher room rate? The rooms are small, no fridge, no microwave, no control for the A/C. I just used it for one single night while traveling but it's not a good place for an extended stay.
