DO NOT STAY HERE! I was in town for a major dog show and chose this hotel due to its location. Before booking, I made sure this location was pet friendly. I was assured that it was. Numerous other people from the dog show stayed here with there dogs too. When I checked in, I was rudely informed by Laura at the front desk, that I couldn't stay there because I had three dogs. My dogs are highly trained, never left alone in the room and don't tear up anything. I also clean up after my dogs outside. Laura was literally abusive to me and informed me that the General Manager of the hotel was watching me on cameras. She even followed me into the elevator to tell me I couldn't stay with dogs. She told me to leave my dogs out in my van (the lows got down into the teens that night). I told her that the website claims it was a pet friendly hotel and she needed to prove the restrictions to me. She kept yelling at me and I just went to my room. My room was not clean, there was a strong sulfur smell, the mattress on the bed was old and sunk in the middle. I moved to the Best Western Hotel and was treated with phenomonal customer service. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Hilton group needs to seriously look at the management of the hotel. I've stayed at numerous Hampton Inns and this was the worst.

I can say we felt welcome from time of check in to check out. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. There was one front desk agent I can't remember her name but she made our stay the best for my kids and I. She is one of the reasons we will be traveling back to this hotel the next time we visit Corpus

Old, outdated, moldy, rooms, evidence on the carpet, walls and hallways!! Very bad! Front desk agent was not pleasant, and didn’t thank us for being gold and diamond members. One elevator, evidence of wear and tear and not taking care of the hotel. The worst Hilton ever!

Trash hotel. They can’t do simple task and they have issues with everything. They couldn’t clean with pets in the room asked me to leave for a while with my pets to clean the room. I came back after being gone because thats what they asked me to do and I find out they didn’t do anything because I had a shirt on my bed and “they can’t touch property”. Wasted my entire morning and didn’t clean the bathroom which had nothing to do with the bed but okay. I would never stay here ever again.

needed to check out at 2 so we could attend a funeral, then change clothes before making the 7 Hr trip home. Grace the front desk lady condescendingly said "we don't offer late checkout, checkout is at noon". We will bypass Hampton Inn from now on.
