This is the worst place ever! Do NOT stay here. Pictures are deceiving. Dirty!! Smells!! Have ugly torn couches! We stayed a hour tried to get our money back and would not refund. We moved rooms 3 times still not okay. Not family friendly. Kids up all nitght with music. Not relaxing. Negative 3 stars. Waring not good. And then they make you pay for parking and deposit of 100.00. We didnt even get the free breakfast, What a place in hell!! Wish I would have stayed at Embassy Suites!! Warning we were mortified !! . No resturant and no spa!!

Don't waste your time or your hard earned money ! The room was clean and the room service staff was very nice and efficient. Its a 6 story building but only has ne working elevator out of 3, the front desk said they couldn't get it fixed because it was the weekend ( right in the middle of spring break ) The jets on the hot tub have been out of order for over a year. (we went last summer and the same out of order sign was there then as well ) The hot tub was full of unaccompanied children some as young as 2 and 3 with diapers on anyway. Trash and beer cans all around the pool and Hot Tub. The lamp post around the little outside deck bar were broken with sharp glass at face level. The inside bar and restaurant are never open, the little deck bar closes at 10:00 pm even on weekends. The heating and air conditioning system in the rooms barely work if at all. So go early if you want to get to your rooms because the wait time just to get on an elevator to get upstairs or downstairs is 40 minutes to an hour and if your wheelchair bound like some of the customers we witnessed waiting on the forth floor!

Wow, this hotel is right on the beach. Go somewhere else, it is terrible and dirty. We paid $180 for this room, yes too much but, it's on the beach. $100 deposit, refundable after they check the room (7 days later if you pay by credit card.) and was charged $10 for parking which should be free for hotel guests. After you check in there is nowhere to park because their lot is shared with the public for the beach. They also pay $10. The elevators were very dirty, never swept out or mopped. The room is very outdated. You can tell at one time it was nice. However, the floor was dirty, we had to wear socks the whole time especially after a shower. The floor is not mopped or even swept, very filthy. The bathroom didn't look too bad, but don't look up to see the black mold on the ceiling. Behind the sink facet looks like it has never been cleaned. Looks like they are trying to grow potatoes. Thick dirt. The only thing clean in this room were the sheets on the bed. My husband took our dog out in the night and took the stairs down, there was puke at the bottom of the stairs. It was not fresh, it had been there for awhile. Breakfast was toast, muffins and coffee. That's it. You would expect after paying this kind of money you would have a little more. This hotel should be paying me to stay there. I did take pictures.

I booked this hotel Sunday 3/2/25 for the weekend 3/7- 3/9. By the next day, I tried to contact to cancel the reservation because my son remembered he had a band event! The hotel has a 48hr cancellation policy . On Monday, I was told there was no manager on duty and to call back in the morning. From Tuesday until 8pm Wednesday ( like today), no one answered the phone. I'd been emailing as well since Monday. No response. At 8pm, now that someone finally answered the phone, the person is like well, it's less than 48hrs that you're trying to cancel! I explained I've been calling and emailing since Monday. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be monitoring my account to see if they charge me. If so I will dispute immediately. Something shady is going on with this place...

Be careful booking this hotel through a third party site, that unfortunately is located on their website. If anything goes wrong with your stay, neither party claims responsibility. Our room had a beach view. Later in the evening we discover no hot water in the shower. After 30 minutes of running the water, trying various turns of the single handle, went to the front desk to report issue. Well you have to do ā€œthisā€ to get hot water. Did send a serviceman to check on the water and did get hot water in the sink, but not in the shower. Back to front desk, serviceman again, 1 hour and 45 minutes later no hot water. Offered to give another room about 8:00 pm. Manager never responded to our concern the folllowing morning.
