We have stayed here once before and was surprised that the hotel didn't have soap in the room or ice available on site. That being said we knew going this time to bring ice and soap. The room is affordable and we were going to a show at the Haute Spot so we booked here anyways. Saturday the 15th we went to check in at 4:15 (check in is at 3). I went to the desk and they said my room wasn't ready. I asked if I was mistaken about check in time being at 4. The young lady working the desk was very dismissive and made me feel like it was my problem that they were not ready and told me to come back in 45 minutes. We went down the road a ways, paid double somewhere else and just canceled. I probably would have just waited if there was some accountability about the room not being ready. The young ladies attitude at the front counter lost this sale for them and a customer in the future.

The hotel is horrible the managers are rude and Mike Patel doesnât do anything they have roaches and mold I wouldnât stay there the staff never knows what they are doing itâs always smoking and drinking that they do in the hotel this is the worst

I rarely ever write reviews unless the service is phenomenal or terrible. In this case, unfortunately it's the latter. This entire hotel smells like smoke. I took my son and we both smelled like smoke the very next day, along with all our clothes. It looks great on the outside, but inside is not something you would want to experience. I didn't feel safe staying here with my son and didn't want to smell like an ash tray so I asked for a refund and to cancel the remainder of my stay. They refused to issue me any type of refund. I would 100% not recommend this hotel. It's not worth the money you'll save by staying somewhere this cheap. Pay the extra $10-20 and stay somewhere that will undoubtedly be much nicer.
