Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brownfield an IHG Hotel

Oh my gosh, I felt like a queen. The room was so large. The price wasn’t horrible top-of-the-line quality and comfort. Yes, they’re renovating but oh my gosh I’d stay there anytime anytime it was wonderful. Never had such a pleasant stay at a hotel. The staff so pleasant and nice and kind the breakfast so large so many many things to choose from I hated to leave. This is my place from now on when I travel through. This is better than any top-of-the-line hotel any place. Just got finished with a really bad Sheraton of Albuquerque stay this is way above that I can’t tell you how pleased I am and how wonderful and how comfortable I almost didn’t wanna leave. You guys have done well keep up the good work. I’ll send others your way.

Not many choices in Brownfield and the Holiday Inn Express would normally be at the top of the list. The hotel is being renovated as seen by all the building materials in various places in the parking lot. Lobby is nice but appeared to be dirty. Not sure if that is just the way the tile look or if really was that dirty from the construction. Bed was comfortable. Room was not very clean, you could write messages in the dust on the nightstand and desk area. If possible you should try to get a room facing the rear of the building as the street out front is quite busy and loud.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was unexpected to find such a clean comfortable room in a small Texas town. The pillows were so good that we will be ordering some of the same brand. The front staff were very nice. The room was extremely clean with new fixtures. I really liked the shampoo, conditioner and liquid soaps. I accidentally left my personal pillow behind, because I didn’t use it. Manny, from the Brownfield Holiday Inn, called to let me know they had found my pillow. It was the best night’s sleep we had on our entire trip. You can always count on Holiday Inn!

Best option in the area. Owners and front staff are great. Room is clean and the breakfast was so good with so many options. I stayed in 2 other Holiday Inn's during a Texas road trip (Dallas, San Antonio) and the breakfast here was the best by far.

Exceptionally nice place to stay considering where it's located. Modern, well kept and with all the amenities you need. Good hotel breakfast, as well. Definitely the best option in that area. I've stayed there three times and the quality has been consistent.
