Amazing comfortable atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff too! I arrived an hour before checkin and they didn’t bat an eye…got me checked in and I was in my room and working on very quick Wi-Fi in no time flat. I absolutely will be staying here any time I’m in Austin. Great job, y’all!

Staying on a work trip for 3 weeks, everything has been awesome, beds are comfy, rooms are clean,breakfast is good. MOE the director!!!! he’s amazing and so so so nice and hilarious I absolutely adore him! Nice place to stay and around a bunch of stores and restaurants:)

I’m here on a work trip for 3 weeks. I’ve only been here for about a week though. Since day one, Moe has made it feel as much like home as possible. Whether it’s been just chatting it up in the lobby or helping us with something. Will come back!!!!!

Best service I’ve had at a hotel, MO has been very helpful going out of his way to make sure we had a great experience, the rooms are nice and clean the shower always have hot water, has a nice little exercise room and once again the service has been amazing

Room service was terrible. One night we returned to our (two) rooms and found one room with door not closed all the way. Both rooms were dirty. Beds were made but dirty towels were left on the floor, towels liquids and toilet paper not replaced. Rooms were not cleaned. Reported to manager and did not get an apology. Clearly poor management at this hotel. Very disappointed. (Also, pillows are extremely flat, worst pillows from all the hotels we have stayed).
