Super 8 by Wyndham Austin Airport South

Kurt was the front desk agent who checked us in, and he was very helpful. He answered all of my questions politely, and as someone who has worked hospitality I appreciated his positive attitude greatly. I prepaid through Expedia, and he took my info for incidental fees. I confirmed there wasn't going to be an authorization or charge on my card. The only complaints I had were that the room smelled like a previous guest has smoked Marijuana and the elevator wasn't working (our room was on the top floor). We didn't get to try the breakfast, so I can't attest to its quality. The bed was soft, the linens were fresh, the bathroom was clean. If I'd paid $80, this would have been a five star stay for me.

The personal that greeted me there was amazing. She was hospitable,very respectful, and tended to our every request. The room was spectacular, Beds nice and neat, pillows soft and fluffy, and the cleanliness of the room was more than o expected. I'll make another trip for sure.

Outstanding attentiveness from all members of the staff. This hotel is very accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. We live in San Antonio and fly out of Austin at times. This is now are go to location for when we come the night before for an early flight. Thank you 😊 Room 219.

Chosen because of proximity to airport. We got in late and were just going to sleep. We had an early 6am flight so we were gone by 4:30am. Due to circumstances we couldn’t control we missed our flight. The hotel let us back into our room we’d checked out of already at no additional charge. Most hotels wouldn’t do that. We appreciated it since we got to sleep more before our rebooked flight for later that afternoon! Would definitely come back.

The continental breakfast and overall amenities made this place an amazing value for the price. I stayed 4 nights and I was impressed with everything the motel offered on top of the basics... eg: pool, small sauna, free breakfast, etc. I will be returning when I come back to Austin!
