La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport

I was in Austin for one night to visit my son who is a student at UT. The area was safe and the hotel was across the street from a Starbucks. The hotel was nice and clean. My only complaint was a long wait for check-in due to wifi issues. I wasn't impressed with the free breakfast. But there is a Denny next door. Those were minor issues for me and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel offers parking on site for a small daily rate. My car was in the same condition as when I left it there. While the property is older, it is very well maintained. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. I will definitely stay there again if ever in the Austin area.

Foremost I would love to say thank you for a wonderful day your hotel is very clean very quiet and the food was amazing but foremost I would like to say thank you to Miss Brenda the front assistant customer service she went on and Beyond under some circumstances that I was in to make sure that I was safe she checked on me on the next day to make sure everything went well and that I had a good night rest she is amazing I couldn't ask for such a perfect customer service agent as sweet as she is she was amazing she had great customer service she was very empathy with me and it goes a long way when you have a great heart and a great person to greet us in the front I hope and pray to God that you go far with this company cuz you have what it takes to make it in this company thank you Brenda for helping me with everything you did that weekend thank you for making sure that I had a safe ride home and just thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you for the amazing breakfast it was so good especially the Belgian waffle that was my favorite it was so big I loved it but most of all I look forward to seeing you again I hope and better circumstances when I go and visit Austin again it's beautiful I would definitely stay there for sure it's very cleaned and very housewarming thank you and for the hotel manager thank you for having someone like Brenda in the front it's really truly cares about her guests

We are so done with this La Quinta location on 7625 E Ben White Blvd, Austin, TX 78741. Last weekend we spent 2 nights at this location and it was worse than the last time. We didnt think about it at the time, but they put us street side so we heard all the trucks all night. To top it off, our heater/AC unit was so damn loud, it was impossible to run the heater without feeling you're sitting next to some 1950s commercial refrigerator. Our hairdryer had gunk on the handle and the hinge was broken. Wife asked for a replacement and the clerk said "If she could find on" but at least she said we wouldn't be charged for it. It never came. The only thing redeeming about this location is that it's up the street from Waffle House, our favorite morning indulgement. Otherwise, stay away from this place.

This was a nice property clean rooms clean property the only two drawbacks that I could see was that one of the lift was out of order and the breakfast selection could’ve been better and I mean that the hot food could’ve been better prepared. The employees were very nice
