Had I read the reviews I wouldn't have stayed here. I booked 2 weeks and only stayed a night. The day i checked in the room smelt of cleaning supplies because it had just been cleaned. It was the next morning that I woke up extremely nauseated. It was when I walked out of the room and walked back in that I noticed the horrible cigarrete smoke smell. They advertise as being non smoking but the guest next door was a known long term guest that was a smoker. This information was given to me by the front desk clerk. I explained that the smell was making me sick and asked to switch rooms or get a refund. Well there were no vacancies and there was a no refund policy. I was given an email address to file my complaint to. Corporate wouldn't give me a refund. There's better places you can stay. They are a non smoking establishment yet the room smelt horribly of cigarette smoke and they wouldn't refund my money. It's a waste of money. I learned the hard way :(

If I had the option to leave a 0 star service I would!!! This place is a joke!!! instead of this hotel being worried about customer satisfaction they are more consider about their housekeepers crying about having to take trash out... Helloooooo, we are going through Coronavirus era, and you people already dont clean my room/bathroom at all... And now every week they have an issue or complaint about just taking 2 trash bags down!!! So now I am being FORCED to pay for house keeping every week, but not get any service done at all... And have to deal with headaches every week about their housekeepers wanted to do the minimal amount of work at all... I will be in Yelp, BBB, any where I can to share my experience!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place!!! Completely disgusted in the little effort made to make experience here at least decent... Isn't bad enough I have to deal with cops here every week, and hostage situations??? So this place already isn't a top of the line place... So would taking my trash down really be that hard to do???

We had a reservation and followed their recommend protocal for late arrival, checked in via phone, have my card charged, arrived and find out that the rooms were full. My card was charged, and the only thing the night duty employee said was "I recommend you to look for other hotels. I don't have a room available and I don't have a record of your reservation". It's 1 am in the morning! This is complete and utter bull. This establishment should be condemned.

The desk clerk was harried and having a bad day. Someone apparently left drug paraphernalia on her desk. I told her that my friend needed an accessible room. Her best effort was 20 doors from the old and slow elevator. Then the room was filthy and appeared to be a crime scene. There was what appeared to be human blood on the kitchen counter and drawers were missing in the cabinet. I didn’t go any further and demanded a refund to my credit card. Unless this is your ONLY choice, please do not go there. Much worse than Motel 6.
