This is our first stay at Colton House in Austin and we found this to be welcoming, interesting in its offerings and very family friendly. Being not far from central Austin but reasonable close to airport was convenient. Staff were accommodating. The room was spacious and functional guest suite. Beds were comfortable. There are many amenities can be added and function facilities were excellent.

Better than expected. Well appointed room, lovely pool area, super clean and super nice staff. There is a charming coffee shop and cocktail lounge on site. It’s not downtown
but, we also enjoyed a better hotel experience for half price. And, it’s about 10 min away from everything you could need. HEB Grocery store is a 3 min walk and he room had a fridge. I highly recommend this hotel.

What a great place to stay in South Austin, The rooms were well appointed and super clean. great deck and pool area to enjoy down time, and it was easy walking to both St. Edwards and many great spots in South Austin. Neal at the front desk was Awesome he made us feel totally welcomed and answered all of our questions and provided us some helpful insight for our stay. Would for sure stay again.

My husband and I recently stayed here and it was absolutely splendid. This was a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and accommodations. The coffee cafe was also fantastic! Would most definitely recommend the Colton House if you’re visiting Austin TX!

Colton House is a delightful boutique hotel. The staff is fantastic, our room was great, and the bar and coffee shop next to the pool is great! There’s plenty of space in the club room, parlor, yoga studio and outdoor patio to stretch out, hang out, cowork and meet. Parking in the underground garage is easy (important when you’re on Congress Ave, parking sucks in most places) and there’s a huge grocery store right down the block in case you forgot anything. This trip was a staycation for us, we live in Austin but sometimes just need a pattern interrupt to get out of the house for a couple of days, and Colton House will definitely be a repeat location for us!
