This has been one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The environment is fun and relaxed. The staff were so kind and on point. Comfortable and clean rooms. And a great breakfast. Also check in and check out was very simple. My kids loved the heated pool

We always like staying here. After a long drive a drink and something to eat at the bar is way better than leaving again to find food. I hate once I'm done driving for the day you have to go find food somewhere. They have everything you need. The fried pickles were great.

The Hyatt place in West Amarillo is an excellent choice. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is good and a nice variety. They serve breakfast on plates instead of plastic, which is great. There is plenty of parking. This is not a hotel within walking distance of restaurants. Restaurants are nearby however. It is right off the interstate, but in a quiet location.

We arrived late and was very happy to find that we were able to check in immediately without having to wait for security or find the desk clerk. Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised that they had a nice breakfast spread the next am.

Spotless room, comfortable bed, everything was new. Sheets were extra soft. Bedside tables are small but have USB charging bases. Bathroom has fluffy towels and shower but no bathtub. A/C was great and the hotel was quiet. Conveniently located to several restaurants. Nice breakfast with all the extras. And wonderful staff!
