So appreciate the attentiveness of the manager on duty, Josh and Serena. I got there early and they went to go check the room to make sure it was ready. They were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will definitely stay there again. The hotel is located accessible to so much.

Flood in the lobby? I don’t know but they’ve had giant floor fans blowing all weekend. The hotel is fine just feels old and needs an update. Only one of the elevators was working also the pool is closed. No reason to why that is. The guy that checked us in was nice though!

I’m really disappointed as a Diamond member so far. I got very lucky when I chose a room on the 6th floor facing a parking lot instead of freeway (thankfully, ppl are warning others here
 I just didn’t see it). They don’t offer daily housekeeping but every other day according to signs on the wall, but they’re too busy today (Friday) to do this so they’re only stopping by with new towels and to empty out the trash. I really would’ve thought that if they were strapped for housekeeping, they’d at least get to Diamond members first. What I’m finding out with these lower Hilton is that we are treated no different than regular members. There is a Diamond member parking, but since I didn’t rent a car, that didn’t matter to me. And on top of that, there is no upgrades for Diamond members. I barely got water, because I had to remind the lady who checked me in (she also looked very young and not really into her job). Another thing that I noticed is that we don’t have safe in these rooms. I’m not sure if this is a TX thing, but my roommate really wanted one for security. I am wondering if I should’ve booked at the Marriott where the conference is being held right now which I think is kind of an insult to us Diamond members. I booked at this Hilton, because it was near the Marriott and I thought my status would get me somewhere. This Hilton turned out to be a meh experience. I’m glad that it’s clean. But AC didn’t work correctly on the first day here and the toilet has been leaky. I seriously better not be charged for any daily charges, because I’m not getting anything out of this hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed in a room of the front side of the hotel facing 75. We heard every car that passed by. Sleep didn’t come easy, the only way we didn’t hear the road noise was when the heater was on. It was awful. The hotel property was clean, the room was spacious and nice, the staff was friendly but the highway noise was TERRIBLE!

Wife and I stayed here for an evening and it’s conveniently located off the HWY with nearby restaurants and Starbucks for those who need their coffee fix lol. The parking is well lit and didn’t have a concern for our vehicle. This hotel had a nice lobby lounge where you can relax, converse and have a drink. Has outdoor pool and hot tub but too cold to use. Check-in was quick and props to Michael. He noticed my Marine Corps beanie and thanked me for my service, greatly appreciated that and his friendliness. The rooms are spacious, comfy with nice king bed, microwave, mini fridge. Nice clean bathroom. The elevators seem to move slowly but overall and very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
