Dollywood's DreamMore Resort

Comfortable beds. Free parking. Really friendly staff, especially Ronda on reception and Josh in the lounge. The restaurant closed a bit early for our liking and we would have liked the buffet style to have been an option more nights. The shuttle was really convenient. Loads of nice Dolly touches around the place. The pool area was nicely laid out and we always found a lounger. It’s very family friendly but still feels quite classy.

Stayed over spring break with my family and it was fabulous. Service is Southern hospitality at its finest. We stayed in a family suite with bunk beds and a king bedroom. Bathroom in the middle with extra sink outside the bathroom. Hallway was a little noisy for kids in the bunk beds (shared wall) (we tuned on some rain sounds to help). Free Shuttle is very convenient to Dollywood theme park. Guests also get a time saver pass for 5 rides daily (with park ticket purchase) and golden hour the first hour. Cinnamon bread (heated or un-heated) is available for purchase in the cafe at the resort. Breakfast buffet was nice but we only used once. Liked food in the lunge for dinner and grab and go salads/sandwiches in the cafe. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools, s’mores at night, playground and arcade. We liked the outdoor rocking chairs and fire pits.

My family had a great time at the DreamMore! Our room (the family suite) was beautiful and the kids (and parents) enjoyed the bunk bed set up! When we checked in, we found out that the indoor pool was closed which was disappointing but the staff made it right and we were able to use the pool at the HeartSong instead. We really enjoyed the activities (bracelet making, smores and storytime). We also got lucky with a beautiful day and were able to enjoy the outdoor pool, which the kids loved. The perks to the park were great (trolley and timesaver pass). Would highly recommend this resort for a family vacation!

The property is beautiful. Upon arrival to our room someone from a room near us must have found a bug and put in a plastic up and set it outside our door. My son found a used chapstick and coins in the top bunk. We found a wristband on the floor. There was also a filled out postcard on the desk from the precious guests. The shampoo dispenser broke several times, the shampoo was shampoo but the conditioner was also shampoo. I’m not sure if the towels got changed because there was a lot of hair on the one I used. The room service and food was very good. The gluten free pizza and great!!! Overall we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room!
