Brand new AirBnB. Great location, walking distance to Broadway entertainment and restaurants, and the Titans stadium. Clean and modern units owned and run by Dawson and his family. Very reasonable so don't look any further for the "perfect" spot. In Printers Alley. Spent 3 nights including 2024 election night. Three couples left very happy and cannot wait to return.

Do NOT stay at this plaza. The owner, Brad Daniel is a fraud. I rented a penthouse from him and prepaid 6 months rent. As soon as we moved in, the TV started freezing and we couldnât stream. I gave them 2 months to fix it and they couldnât. I moved out and he refused to refund my 3 months rent and then kept half my security deposit for âDraper wry steamingâ. We wonât even smoke. This guy is a total fraud. Stay somewhere else.

We stayed for two nights at the Nashville Riverfront Lofts. It's a good place to stay, but you'll need to make sure it's what you're looking for. There is a lot to like about the lofts. They are located just off of Broadway, so it's convenient to the heart of Nashville and within walking distance of many of the top tourist attractions, including the Country Music Hall of Fame and African American Music Museum. It is also an easy walk to countless bars along Broadway and the area and to many nice restaurants. Our room was large. In our case, we had an interior room - it had two windows, but they looked out over two hallways, not the outside. The bathroom was clean and modern with lots of stone. We had a little concern that there would be noise given that there is a bar downstairs and out front, but that proved not to be the case. You go through three sets of secure doors (so, yes, you feel safe) and by the time you reach the end you don't hear any noise at all. The caveats? First, this might not actually belong in the hotel category and they tell you in their materials that they are more like an AirB&B rental than a hotel. There is no front desk, staff on-site, etc. There is no on-site parking, although they recommend what appeared to be a clean garage about a block and a half away. We had no need for a car given the location (we did use Uber for one site a little over a mile away), but you should figure that into your thinking. Parking in downtown Nashville is expensive. Also, take a look at the charges - there is a cleaning fee in addition to the nightly charge. Overall, we thought the price was fair, but you will need to do your own calculation. Second, although our room was spacious, it also needed a little TLC. The air conditioning unit had a problem with the fan. The unit worked, but was noisy. Similarly, our room had a microwave oven, but the display was broken. The furniture did not have an institutional feel, but there were rings from glassware all over. Depending on your viewpoint, this can either be a distraction or charming. The room is plainly geared for tourists. There was no desk area per se. There were enough plugs for our electronics and the wi-fi worked fine. The Riverfront Lofts come in several different configurations. Take a look at whatever room you are considering as they have everything from a penthouse unit to internal units like ours. This hotel would best suit tourists and gatherings like bachelorette parties (which they encourage).

I had a horrible experience with customer service from very unhelpful staff. This place is a fraud please protect your money and stay at another location. I can assure you what you see is not what you get and in addition your credit card will be charged incorrectly. Stay away!!

We were here for three nights. It was a very nice contemporary atmosphere with comfortable bed and furniture. It was so close to all of the restaurants and places we wanted to see. We took an Uber for our night at the Grand Ole Opry, very nice guy drove us. We had one complaint, that is why we didn't give it 5. There was construction going on early each morning and it woke us up. We weren't notified by the office that this was going on and we felt we should have been and or given a different loft.
