Tru by Hilton Murfreesboro

We stayed for the primary reason that they allow dogs. We have both a large and small dog which dictates where we stay as some hotels don’t allow larger dogs. Overall, this location was very nice and we had a good overnight stay. A few pluses were the super clean lobby and common areas. The room was very clean as well. Modern furniture and signage that was very helpful throughout the building. Bathrooms have hand soap and lotion mounted to the wall as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. We appreciated the mini fridge for our leftovers and bottled water. A microwave would be nice but there is one in the lobby by the dining area for use. The two things that kept me from giving this hotel 5 stars was the extra hard mattress and the thin bath towels. We didn’t sleep well so that might keep us from staying again. Otherwise we enjoyed everything else!

Excellent customer service, Very clean room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was a buffet with hot and cold items. Very tasty. The breakfast rep provided excellent customer service. The check in and check out clerks at the front desk were very pleasant. Excellent in every way.

We had a nice short stay at the Tru by Hilton. We stayed in a King Room, which was a really small, but efficient room. The bed wasn't extremely comfortable, but it was fine for a night. Overall, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was good. Since the room was really small, so I wouldn't recommend for more than a night.

This place was an absolutely delightful surprise. Just happened on here while passing through Murphreesboro on a Saturday evening. Very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were beautifully thought out and decorated. Definitely would stay here again or any of the other Tru venues.

Me and my husband booked a room with true by Hilton through booking.com we come into town about 9 o’clock at night come inside expecting everything to go smooth we come in and they couldn’t find our reservation but Aaron and Necole contacted their assistant manager Candus and was able to get everything straightened out and us in a room in a very timely Manor, and for the same price that we had booked it through booking, so shout out to the wonderful people at true by Hilton in Murfreesboro, y’all did an outstanding job to make our stay comfortable as possible.
