Econo Lodge Knoxville

Asked for a room on backside away from the road. Was told they were all sold out of those and was told the room I was in would not be noisy. NOT TRUE. You will be hearing traffic 24 hours a day as it is right off a busy exit. Multiple booking sites show it has a continental breakfast. Upon checkin was told they don't serve breakfast because they don't have a food permit. Called Choice Hotels customer service and they said the "official" Choice Hotels website for the location does not list breakfast. So I asked why everything else I brought up says a continental breakfast. Was told it doesn't matter what other non Choice Hotels sites say. So if you expect breakfast, no dice. The property is pretty run down with no amenities at all.

I’m furious that this building had the nerve to charge Me anything. I’m not going to pay over $100.00/night to sleep in a clean bed, that’s ridiculous. They charged Me $76/night to stay in a room where the heater was broken. There was yelling going on outside that woke Me up and kept Me awake. This “place” is run by Satan. They spoke tongues at the front desk and were rude liars. I will not be staying here again!

Truckers just needing a room for the night. Once the card finally worked and we opened the door it was the worst thing I’ve ever seen! The bedspread looked like Swiss cheese! It stunk to high heaven! Druggies everywhere outside! Turned around and walked out and got refund!!! I’ve never written a review but I felt I had to!

DON’T waste your money. SLEEP anywhere but here. Black mold, nastiest hotel I’ve EVER seen, horrible bedding; slept on my own; bought a bath mat for the tub, drug users everywhere, loud, no phone, no breakfast, got locked in the bathroom due to faulty knob, beyond dirty, nasty and vile.

The best this place had to offer was great parking as I had a rental truck with a car trailer, The guy at the desk was nice! Otherwise like others said for a non smoking room The comforters on both beds were full of burn holes! The tv didn't work (no signal) The walls were dirty The mattress was uncomfortable Carpet was dirty People doing mechanic work at night in the lot. For $75 a night it's not worth it should be $29.95 For $95.00 I'm staying at a Super 8 and this place is awsome super clean highly recommended it.
