DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jackson

I had a wonderful dinner. I ordered salmon rice and veggies. It was amazing. Latresha was a great hostess and always checked on me if I needed anything else. The atmosphere was also good with storms outside. So far so good with more storms coming tonight.

Stopped in to the bar to have me a drink or two after a hard day at work, the bartender, Ashley, was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk with, the drinks were delicious exactly what I needed at the end of the day , the only downside was an extremely rude Manager, or I guess that was her title, who spoke to her staff in a way that was unacceptable for anyone to be spoken to especially in front of customers, she tried to make it seem like the bartender didn’t know what she was doing when the bartender was correct the entire time and the bar had three empty kegs of beer with the one working tap not being correctly hooked up. I have never been in an establishment and had a manager down talk an employee so rudely in front of customers (and I was not the only customer at the bar), I left feeling very sorry for Ashley and hoping that this was possibly a one time incident and the management doesn’t speak to their employees this way regularly. Despite the rudeness of management, the bar service was terrific.

Jenny Corbin Treafe are incredible people and the service they offer is topknotch. I travel for a living so I have a lot of experience with that and I purposely stay here just so I can go to the restaurant because of their excellent service. Every time I stay here these ladies make sure that everything is taken care of. The food is good and on time, the drinks are quick and conversation is lovely.

Jenny was awesome ,the food at Twist was awesome ,the bar had incredible drinks,the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly,I would recommend any one who is staying in Jackson Tennessee to stay at the Double Tree and eat at Twist ,absolutely amazing,loved it.

Nice hotel and the friendliest staff. At the restaurant downstairs the food is nice and tasty and Jenny was a fantastic host! The pool is opened and a nice temperature. Showers warm up quick and it was very quiet. I hope my company puts us back in this hotel at some point.
