First and foremost, the place in general is disgusting. I donât know how yall can put up with looking at such a disgusting sight, and be like âoh yeah the sh*t on the wall looks greatââŠ. The room was absolutely filthy. There was cat fur everywhere. Looks like someone sharted on the wall, backed their arse up to the wall and let a rip, the towels were filthy, the floor looked like it was rubbed up by a lot lizard, splits and all. Oh and donât get me started on the bedsheets, burn marks, yâall got crackheads or something? And the mattress was disgusting. Stains everywhere. If I wanted a stained mattress I wouldâve simply asked Hugh Hefner for his. Also, cobwebs?? Really? Charolettes web is freakin jealous. And what is with the mirrors above the beds?? Itâs weird. As if youâre being watched. Iâm booking an eye appointment so I donât make the same mistake twice. Iâll be sure to REALLY look at reviews on places beforehand. Staff, if yall really want good service, get your dang sh*t together and actually care about the place youâre running. Everything about it was unpleasant. Makes sense, look at who itâs run by. They donât hold pride for nothing. They do the bare minimum. Never will visit again.

Good - The location is excellent - just off I-40. The woman at reception was very cordial. She noticed that I walked with a cane and gave us a room on the first floor, near the entrance. The room was "dated" but clean and the beds comfortable. Despite being near the interstate and a busy road on the other side we didn't hear any road traffic and the night was exceptionally quiet. From the parking lot there is a walk thru to Cracker Barrell which is convenient. Bad - The breakfast was pitiful. Bad coffee, powdered creamer and sugar in a cardboard container that was falling apart. All that was out was 3 pieces of white bread, packets of jelly, some small muffins, 4-5 tiny oranges, 2 choices of dry cereal, a gallon of milk in the fridge (nothing else), a waffle maker with syrup but NO butter. Very disappointing. We don't mind paying a bit more for a hotel room when breakfast is included but this was overpriced for the shabby (albeit clean) room and horrible breakfast. Helpful

This hotel was horrible!!!! It had a terrible smell, trash can was right next to the elevator on the 2nd floor and smelled awful, roaches were in my room, home-made closet w/2x4s. shower didn't work, all kinds of holes throughout the room. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen!!!!!! Very unclean!

Run run far and run fast. This place was absolutely filthy in its bedding pictures included. I couldn't even tell you what this is on the bed, it was at the very end underneath of all of the tucked in sheets blankets and everything else. Unbelievable mess, if someone can tell me what this is please let me know just out of curiosity.
