I first want recognize these two front desk associates Ariya who checked me in on a late night with temperature of 29 degrees. She made me feel welcomed even though the weather wasn't cooperating with the world. She was patient and checked me in quickly to get me out of weather. The second associate who checked me out the next morning, Sarah. She made the beginning of the day seem possible.

I remember staying here earlier this year and being impressed with the simplicity and comfort. My room last night was kind of beat up and not very comfortable. First, there was a perfume-y coverup smell which led me to run the bathroom exhaust fan all night. The mattress has a cover that crinkles when I moved. Probably the room was generally clean, but the phone and light switch look grubby. Perhaps I’ll stay here on a future trip but I’ll look around.

Friendly desk clerk, Tammy, was wonderful! She should get recognized for her service. My wife was a GM at a county inns and suites for 6 years and she would've hired Tammy in a heart beat! It was late on a rainy Thursday night and we rolled in after 7 hrs in the car. I had just had surgery, we had a dog with us and my wife drove. The google search led us here. Fantastic web site. We got a great rate, the room was a handicap king and just the one we selected. It has VERY CLEAN. We slept great. Room not "plush" but very acceptable and we are picky. Bonus, Cracker barrel was right next door! This location is our halfway to our destination. We will always stop here now!

I cannot with this place. Where to start? The late night block party in the parking lot last night, complete with bike revving, audaciously loud, crapmusic and an all singing, all screaming cat fight, perhaps? Calling the front desk at almost 11pm to confirm that they were aware of what was happening in their parking lot, only to be told that “they were nice people who come here every year, that they had booked 50 rooms & would be here tonight and tomorrow night, maybe? *Super looking forward to that kicking off again this evening 👍🏻 The blocked toilet & subsequently having to go downstairs to retrieve a plunger? The feral shower? The cable going out an hour ago & still not working? We’re here due to having an open house this weekend and needing a space for both my cat and a relatively quiet place to work. It ticks the first box, so there’s that. Aaaaaannnnnnnddd right on cue…the obnoxious motorcycle revving & low rent Stugis rally kicks off again. I finish work in 1.5 hours, so that’s something to look forward to, I suppose.

Glad I chose this hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I chose the “deluxe” room, which is the smallest option. There was free coffee in the lobby. I appreciate that there is no breakfast offered because I was looking for an inexpensive, safe, clean room. The employees at the desk at check-in and check-out were pleasant and efficient. The only bad thing was that the air conditioner blows air right at the bed (I blocked it with the chair); this is so common that I can’t count it against Red Roof.
