Dog fee is $75 and was only available in the fine print on their website. It is Way more than we have paid anywhere else. The Rooms are very tired the and front desk staff at checkout were very rude when I questioned the extra fee. We will not stay here again.

Reggie was the best person to work with. He made my family feel very welcomed on our stay. We had over 20 people in our party and he made sure that we was all taken care of. We had plenty of space and the children enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and it was near several shopping areas.

Out and out the best welcome we have received in the US. The welcome was so friendly and warm that it made the stay so much better. The room was comfortable and, more importantly, quiet. Beds were good, not great but still had a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was nice and filling.

I so wanted to give them a better rating because everyone of the front desk staff besides one was great. On our 2nd night there we asked house keeping to come back in 1-2 hours to clean the room. Our room hadn’t been cleaned the day before. We even told the front desk woman (the one person not helpful), that we needed the room cleaned. We left for the day not returning till night. Room still dirty. The sink also barely drained. The tub was less than appealing too. And the mattress was hard, but that tends to just be how hotel beds are. Breakfast was great though. And the woman working it was so nice and great at her job.
