Not clean at all! I even checked the bed fir bugs before I slept in it. Hair hanging off the shower head. Had a power strip to plug multiple things in for the room not for use. In the morning a wine truck showed and that was for the laundry. Nothing like what showed on website. A bottle opener in the bathroom fell of and it was covering a hole in the wall. Not enough remotes for all the tv’s in there. Plus one of the other rooms had dogs. They barked every time something moved outside. Horrible place!

We were traveling through and decided at the last moment to book with Ski Mountain lodge. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Our room was very cozy with cabin decor. It was clean. The mattress was so comfortable. This location is at the edge of Gatlinburg, and there is not a lot of foot traffic. We would book again, if in the area.

To start, we arrived and our door would not unlock, the desk is not staffed but my husband finally found the person who worked there along with his drunk girlfriend. I was already frustrated because of the drive and tired, we couldn’t get in our room, and she was drunk and asked us to take her and his picture! I just wanted in our room! The guy comes back with a crowbar and opens our door!! Secondly, the room was filthy. I actually cleaned it before any of us stayed in it. This is after we called numerous places, cabins, etc trying to find a different place at midnight because I did not want to stay here, after no luck, we had no choice but to clean it, because you definitely cannot get ahold of anyone to tell them. The parking is awful, there is absolutely no parking for the guest staying here. We tried parking across the street but was approached and told it was private property and they would have us towed. This is highly frustrating, and I continued the next day to call different places to see about finding somewhere else to stay, but again, no luck unless we was ready to pay a fortune for last minute booking. Overall, worst experience to Tennessee, and I was never so happy to leave today to come home, and I usually never want to leave vacation. The room also had a very old musty/mold smell.

This was supposed to be for our 20 Anniversary and both our Birthdays as we were born on the same day and we got married on our Birthday. It was a very disappointing stay. The place looked like a run down old motel and was not maintained properly. I need a first floor room because I am handicapped. We had to call the manager as there was no one in the office to check in with. After speaking with the person who is the manager he said our room had a plumbing problem and they had to change our room so he gave us a room on the second floor. My husband told him I cannot walk up the steps that's why when he made our reservation he has said no steps. There is no elevator. So he gave us room 116. The place stunk and smelled like someone has vomited and urinated in the room. The bath tub was painted over, the floor was dirty, the wood trim was rotted and the floor where the bed was was peeling up. The sink was painted over, the faucet leaked all over the sink when you turned it on. The blow dryer was melted as if it had caught on fire. There was galvanized roofing metal on the walls and used to cover up the plumbing for the sink. The walls were covered with used wood pallet wood which had nails sticking out of the wood that was poorly placed and you could still see the cement block walls that were painted a light blue. The couch was a bright red with a tan blanket covering it and smelled awful. We stayed one night in the room as during the night there was a leak in the bathroom and when I went in there I slipped and had to grab the door to keep from falling. We complained so they offered to change our room in the morning to room 118. The good part is they didn't have bedbugs and they accepted dogs. My husband did see a bear across the street when he walked the dogs. There is NO grass to walk your dogs except for a small patch in front. The sheets are clean. The shower hand held shower broke so my husband had to cut the head off so I could finish my shower with the hose. The manager did replace the hand held shower the next morning very promptly. The keeper his name is Zee and he is very nice and helped us change the bedding when I spilled Starry on the bed.

Awful. I pulled into the parking lot and immediately felt uncomfortable. Totally misrepresented on booking website. I did not check in and have filed a claim for a refund. There were men standing around the parking lot loitering or something. I would not have felt ok leaving my car overnite. It is off the main strip of downtown and I would not feel comfortable walking anywhere from there.
