Aloft Nashville Franklin

Leslie and Jacqueline have been amazing and so helpful!! Thank you for your hospitality! You two were amazing we appreciate your time and how efficient you both were with the area. They told us exactly where to go for dinner.. if you want a great place to go, stay here and enjoy your time

The hotel is trendy and seemed clean. We were told at check in the bar would open at 5 pm until 11 pm. We came back from dinner at 8:30pm. Noticed the bar was closed. We asked the girl who checked us in if it was open. She said no, not tonight. No, sorry for the inconvenience or anything. The room was small and you could hear the interstate noise, especially at 4 am -6 am. You do have the pay $10 for parking but we were told it is the city of Franklin who requires this fee. We wouldn’t stay here in the future.

I always stay at Aloft in Franklin, Tn on my trips back North, it's the halfway point and Fine dining is close by. This time they wanted to charge 10.00 to park via a QR Code. I was having trouble downloading the QR Code so I didn't fill out the required information. The from desk was helpful in that the Lady said she would put in her notes that if I got a ticket, it should be waived. My problem is that an extra 10.00 for parking? Hell, you're making enough. Also, the 3rd party app wants your license number and your phone number. The 10.00 dollars should be on the hotel bill and we should not have to give out PERSONAL INFORMATION TO A THIRD PARTY. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years as it’s conveniently located. When we arrived for our most recent stay we discovered they now charge $10/day to park! It’s not the cost that bothered me but the corporate greed displayed by Aloft. They already charge a very stout room rate but now they want to grab more money from their loyal customers. Well, there are other hotels in the area that don’t charge for parking. I believe we’ll stay elsewhere for our next trip.

Just want to leave a glowing review for the Night Auditor for the Franklin Aloft, Ayanna. She made our very, very late check in a breeze and was so kind and professional. We have always had great experiences with the staff at this Aloft, but for this stay, Ayanna was a stand out! Thank you!
