Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Memphis Collierville

This is my Boyfriend and I favorite spot when we stay a night in Memphis from time to time. Rooms are always clean and breakfast is delicious. Special Thanks to Front Desk Associate Jennifer for always making it a great experience!! I highly recommend

We were there on Christmas Eve. Jennifer was working for a sick coworker (I asked how she was unlucky enough to work on Christmas Eve). She was so friendly, sweet, positive and smiling while she checked me in. Very welcoming after a tiring drive. When checking out the next morning, Jennifer was working her own scheduled hours. She was still just as friendly, etc! A great representative for any business the room was clean and nice, bed comfy (glad it wasn’t so tall), and breakfast was lovely with the person constantly working to keep things filled. Very nice!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last 5 years while in the area for business. I've always enjoyed my time here. During this last two week visit, I received the same great service. Room was cleaned and refreshed almost every day, breakfast was fresh with good variety. I highly recommend this location.

I booked a stay at this Fairfield Inn & Suites for a Friday and Saturday stay. Location was easy to find, check in was simple, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was glad to have my own coffee maker and fridge. Coffee in the morning was hot and breakfast was busy, with a hot and cold option. The staff made sure that everything was stocked. I'm not big on breakfast, but I did check it all out and it had the standard type spread, Hot breakfast sandwiches, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, dry cereals, several pastry/muffin/bagel options, and fruit. The breakfast area was packed. I liked walking across the street to the shops and restaurants. Nice high end area, and free parking. I would recommend this hotel to friends and business associates. If I travel to the area again, I would definitely book this hotel. Thanks for a nice stay.

The staff was professional and very accommodating. I was a bit exhausted from helping family move all day, it felt good to get a good night sleep that wasn’t far. I love how there are different restaurants within walking distance. On top that, the rooms were so clean & refreshing.
