Absolutely disgusting place. If you value just basic cleanliness and safety, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I was in room 306. Picking this Red Roof hotel completely ruined my trip to Chattanooga and I even had to ditch my booking and stay at a coworkerâs hotel. I also have to leave early since Iâve basically wasted my lodging funds. If you make the same mistake I did, donât expect a refund either. Immediately upon entering the building, the entire place smells like cigarette smoke, even in my room. Despite the hotel FALSELY being smokeless, the reeking stench of cigarettes is everywhere and in everything. Dogs are howling in the hallway and I could hear them all the way from the first floor to my room on the third floor. Pitbulls were a particular favorite that I saw entering/exiting or hanging out across the street. Obvious prostitutes and druggies were using the building. You could also see them using or hanging out across the street. In my room, cigarette burn marks are everywhere in the bathtub, walls, carpet, furniture, floor and bedsheets. Even the desk chair had cigarette burns/ash still on and definitely semen stains on it; they could have at least thrown out. The floors also had bizarre carvings everywhere. Hair was found in various places. I donât even know why this place bothers to add âPlus & Suitesâ when it is so abysmally HORRIBLE. I wish I could have had a safer and more comfortable stay in Chattanooga, but my trip was basically cut short and ruined after booking at this rat hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Doesnât even deserve 1 star. This place was DISGUSTING. There was black mold on the ceiling in the main hallway and it smelled awful. The main door to our room had what appeared to be blood smeared all over the front. There was blood on the pillowcase. I saw a cockroach crawling up the wall in the bathroom. I wouldnât stay here again if they paid me. Absolutely disgusting. (Iâm angry I canât post pictures to this review)

I have stayed at several Red Roof Inn, but this one here, I wouldn't ever book at this Red Roof again. I book and paid for my room several months ahead of time. When I got there, the outside look nice, but the inside look dirty & run down. When I go to check in, they come telling me that I have to pay an extra $250 deposits down before I can check in, even thou I paid for everything online on there website. When I told then that, the guy tell me that he see that paid for the room and the deposits that was listed on the site, but I need to paid an extra $250 to insure everything was cover. I told them they can keep the room, I put a lock on my card, and contacted my card holder about the matter.

DO NOT STAY. Absutely horrifying. Did not feel safe from moment we parked. Crack heads everywhere. A lady staring at our car in parking lot tried to open our door 5 minutes after we got into it. Filthy, filthy room! Every surface has some sort of grime, dust, residue or substance on it that should not be there. Corner of sheet was lifting up and it was stained orange, sheets stained, outlets covered in a thick orangish residue. The whole hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. My husband booked ahead during our road trip for a place to stay and visit Chatanooga before heading home. Lesson learned to look at the area and hotel lobby before booking. Being so close to downtown attractions on map we thought it would be okay, but nope!

The only good thing about this hotel was the bed. Both of my rooms where dirty. Shower toilet floor walls everything was dirty. My daughter had a cock roach crawling by the TV on the dresser. Not to mention the front desk lady was drinking on the job. Crack heads homeless people all over the property and the fighting late night early morning right outside my window. I will never stay here again!
