Very good hotel in good location. The buffet breakfast is quite good. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. There is free coffee and tea at the lobby The coffee was cold, i think because the coffee machine broke down The room is spacious with 2 queen size beds

Looks like a new property Very Clean Friendly helpful staff - requested early check-in and called while we were driving in to us to let know room was ready Surprisingly good free breakfast No views but plenty of restaurants clise, walking distance

You can almost never go wrong staying at Holiday Inn Express but Watertown's is exceptional. I've stayed at this hotel a few times for work and I love it every time (will be back again). The staff always goes above and beyond as far as customer service. All the employees are extremely friendly and some of the breakfast is ready really early for some of us who need to get going on our work day early. The building is always so fresh smelling and exceptionally clean. I love the hot tub too!The management and staff obviously takes pride in keeping up such a nice hotel.

I loved it here! My room was clean and comfortable and I didn't want to leave my comfy bed. Staff was nice and it overall had a really nice feel to it. I will stay here again and I definitely recommend it.

Best hotel ever. Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and nice. Not overpriced. Beautiful view of the city's fireworks from upper west side of motel (4th floor). Great pancake maker for breakfast! Needs an ice machine on every floor and some type of potatoes on the breakfast menu. Otherwise, an awesome 4-day stay!
