The property was not clean. The breakfast was terrible and it appeared that it was not well planned. The bill was wrong. No cared at all about me as a customer. The parking is not convenient. There is no elevator at the hotel and we were put on the second floor.

Took a mother/daughter trip to Sioux Falls. Booked online which was super easy. Very friendly staff, easy to find, clean rooms and pet friendly ❤️. Wish pool would have been open before 9 but overall would recommend staying here.We definitely will use this hotel again.

The VRBO we had reserved double booked and left us without a place for the night. We needed to find a place last minute after a 10 hour drive. This is just off I29. The website said pet friendly. $20 per pet per night. OK Pet fee is doubled if you have a cat. $40 per cat per night. No warning till your checking in. We have two very well behaved cats that travel with us. Pet fees almost as much as the room for the night. If you need to stay here just tell them you have a pet or pets. Don't specify unless asked. They were accommodating in getting us a ground floor room. The room was clean and nice. In room coffeeish. Free breakfast of normal motel breakfast, waffles, bagels, cereal, biscuits and crock pot gravy. Weak coffee and juice. Would I stay here again, no, due to the pet fees.

Bed was very clean and comfortable service was great I enjoyed the breakfast however next time I'll try out the hot tub checking in and our was easy and room service was just great can't wait to come back again maybe I'll fill out a application for job ;)
