Best Western Point South

The rooms were nicely refurbished and the space was clean. We stayed in the mobility accessible room and we had plenty of space, a lower bed and the grab rails in the bathroom. The breakfast was hot with a lot of variety. The front desk checked to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Perfect! Easy off and on from 95. Breakfast was nice. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool which is perfect after they have been in the car all day. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Nothing to complain about. Definitely would stay again. Thank you.

Rooms have been very nicely refurbished in past year. Everything (flooring, walls, fixtures and TV) is clean and fresh. Good nightstand fixtures for electrical and mobile device support. A really nice (free) breakfast buffet with ample variety of hot and cold choices.

Ok for the cost , lobby very welcoming clean scent. Room ready at 3p . When booking I did not realize it's only two floors doors lead to outdoor walkway but overall very quiet. Room had floors not carpet . Found floors to be sticky and bathroom to show age rusted metal portion of toilet paper holder , walls in bathroom looked like given a quick wipe /stained ? Either way ok because I am one of those people that cleans areas I plan to use . In this case I avoided wall behind bathroom door also used towel as bath mat since tub was showing it's age. Towels discolored gray instead of white .. bed Linens clean ,bed comfortable ,pillows were tiny, surfaces all dust free . Tv was huge. No bar soap or toiletries being your own ! They had pumps on the wall of something that I couldn't figure out if it was true body wash shampoo etc . I don't think the pump by sink was soap it just said hand wash on it unscented. This was a quick overnight and its been a while since we stayed at a two star.. it's def apparent it's not a resort type place but overall nice customer service and a well maintained two star hotel. Breakfast ran for two hrs it was free bagel toast muffin cereal yogurt eggs waffles apple juice coffee .. not many options but ok for something quick. Staying one night was just fine .

This hotel was clean and very comfortable. Our room was on the first floor, with our door going out to the parking lot, which was convenient for unloading, but there were some questionable people hanging around. The room was fresh and modern, with the biggest TV I ever saw in a hotel room! I especially liked the sunset photos. The breakfast was good, and the attendants were very prompt to refill anything, empty the trash and kept all the tables wiped off. The hair dryer, a very good one, was in an awkward location and the cord didn't reach enough to enable you to stand in front of the bathroom mirror. I would recommend asking for a 2nd floor room if you stay here. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
