Police are always there i felt like i was gonna get mugged in the parking lot i was scared to walk from my car to my room and the distance was ten feet there were people selling drugs everywhere there was always a dude on the top floor standing there watching the drug dealing i thought it was someones pimp that place is super nasty but if u like police and drugs its your spot

I'm sorry but this place is a dump. It smells like dog pee in every room we stayed in. The place is worn down and just nasty. Most of my family broke out with some nasty rash on our legs and arms from the sheets and had to go to doctor to clear it up. Lady refused to give us refund after we just couldn't take it anymore. Guest there had huge pit bull off leash. kids all over the place a times of the night. Noise filled parking lot after hours. Only microwave is inside front lobby. broke tv remotes. refrigerator leaked and carpet was soiled all a round it.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the noise from the room above was unbearable. I tried to contact the front desk but no one answered the phone. The prices are probably the lowest in Palmdale. TBH, I wouldn't stay here again.

If you want to live a nightmare spend the nite here ! The place is so dirty I did not dare take off my shoes in the room. the TV is 1970s model junk. They want more for internet services than the room cost. They do have a security guard on site for what I don't know the only thing you will take home from here is a disease or dirty towel.

I almost stayed here in April 2016 but after I checked in, drove around back to my room, looked inside, i closed the door and went back and demanded my money back. My biggest concern was my safety. at 10pm there were very sketchy people hanging out in the parking area. The entire area reeked of Marijuana smell. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet, walls were yellow and the bedding was very outdated. The chair cushion had stuffing coming out. The night auditor was very kind, understanding and apologized. Even recommended going to another value hotel down the street.
