Our room at the Baymont by Wyndham was clean and fresh. The hostess, Neha was very friendly and answered our questions in a knowledgable and professional manner. The bed was very comfortable. We felt very safe at this hotel, which was very convenient to access from the interstate. We will be using this hotel in the future.

Awful experience. Multiple problems with the room - there was no TV service, no phone service and the air conditioning was extremely loud. There was no response from the staff either when it was reported or at check out. A subsequent email has not been answered either.

This is in response to âRandall.â Nobody was partying. Mr. Randall came outside and yelled at our group and got aggressive multiple times. Also let his dog jump on us. And his wife told us to shut up. The manager didnât have an issue and asked us to be quiet because Mr. Randall complained about several rooms to include rooms upstairs that werenât even outside. What Mr. Randall didnât know is that there was a major event this weekend so it was packed at every hotel. My suggestion would be to research where you stay before you book. Again, this is a nice hotel with extremely nice rooms. Donât let Mr. Randallâs ignorance push you away from staying here. He also came out multiple times slamming his door and disrespecting several woman outside. So again, great hotel, people only tell one side of the story.

Iâm really angry that they scam people by sending you to a third-party and not informing you that theyâre a third-. And then tell you that thereâs nothing they can do about it ! You call the motel it reroutes you to a third-party, That no one tells you is a third-party. They overcharge you the tub has this nasty thing in the bottom of it like Iâm supposed to step on that dirty piece that doesnât come out of the tub. I asked for a clean sheet it has all sorts of stains on it. I called to make a reservation at a hotel And they put me in a motel in the cold???? No resolution would not put me in touch with the manager. Told me I had to wait till morning. Wouldnât give me a refund told me I had to go through the third-party, but I didnât go through a third-party. I called the Baymont. The refrigerator doesnât work and Is dingy. But there was nobody to send me up here so I could keep my food and drink cold . Thereâs no elevator so you have to drag your bags up two flights of steps. Iâm overall disgusted At this business and the way it allows it to be run! Also, while I was At the front desk, the lady at the front desk said there was another lady that came in and she said she called and was confused on why she wasnât talking to her on the phone. Because they donât tell you, they have a third-party intercept their phone calls! And then wonât give you a refund because that third-party is the one who took your money!

This is your basic moderately priced hotel (as opposed to a budget hotel), so comparisons with higher priced hotels wouldn't be fair. Positives: The room was very clean and the furniture was in excellent shape with a pleasant decor design. The bed was very comfortable (and I had a large king size) and the four pillows were plump. The vanity was large, enough space for two to use at the same time. Other amenities: free wifi, min-fridge, microwave, cable TV, and not a cramped room space. Typical of older hotels that have gone through a recent renovation, the floor does not use a carpet, but a laminate floor covering instead. Negatives: The tub had some obvious attempts to patch up fixture problems, especially calking along the walls. The towels were a little small, but thicker than budget motels that have really thin ones. breakfast: you won't starve but choices are limited: waffle maker, cereal and pastries, yogurt/fruit, not much else.
