The hotel staff greeted us welcoming on arrival. Very friendly and informative. Bed and pillows comfortable and clean. Felt safe . Location walking distance to restaurants, and shops. Parking garage right next to hotel. Would stay again.

This is a great location. Felt like home away from home with a very warm and friendly staff. The hotel had a nice open room that didn't feel like a lobby with comfortable seating. Nice touch to have a continental type breakfast.Near to many of the premier restaurants in this foodie town.

My wife and I stayed at the Palmetto Hotel during the first week of April, 2025. This property resides in the French Quarter area of the city, and is in a very convenient location for many great restaurants and historical points of interest. By far the strong point that impressed me about this hotel was the kindness and courtesy exhibited by all of it’s employees, from front staff to valets to room attendants. I want to especially thank front staffers Annecia and Julianna who made our stay extra special.

The Palmetto is a very comfortable hotel in a great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Although the hotel did not have a restaurant, it had a nice bar and lobby area with restaurants right outside the door. The location was great. You can walk to everything. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were all very knowledgeable of the area and the hotel and always made you feel welcomed. The epitome of Southern hospitality. We would definitely stay at the Palmetto again.

This hotel has a great location, close to the Market and many restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff made it a more pleasant stay. Comfortable room and bedding with a great shower, including nice amenities like comfy robes and Nespresso coffee machine.
