Stayed for the weekend sept 12th - 15th. The room was pretty dirty. The shower leaked when the faucet was off so it dripped all night. When we ran out of clean towels on the second day my wife asked the maid that was cleaning rooms if she could just take the trash and give us new towels. We came back to the trash still bagged up in the room and the same pile of dirty towels. We left early in the morning on the 15th and couldn’t check out because no one was at the desk and when we went out the front door to load the car, the keys no longer worked so we couldn’t get back in to give the key cards back. Pretty disappointed in our visit.

This place smells sour immediately upon entry. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The photos of the tub are upon checking in. -The tubs had grime and hair inside of them and a film of uncleanable dirt at the bottom. - The couches are historic and stained all over with God knows what. - The carpet smells. There was dust everywhere. - The sofa bed mattress had to be replaced because it had what appeared to be heavy bodily fluid stains on it. The one they brought to replace it still was stained but not as much. - The pool looks dirty like the tubs at the bottom. - The phone (photo provided), lamps, appliances are ancient. No USB plugins on anything. -They make you bring your towels to them before they give you clean ones. Sometimes they still say they don't have any. We called IHG customer service, and they did nothing. Do not believe the reviews that say anything positive about the appearance or cleanliness of this property. Staying here will likely ruin your trip like it did ours.

This hotel is filthy. From the smells, the scum line in the pool, no soap in the dispensers, and grime on surfaces. Housekeeping staff needs to be retrained and held accountable. Staff member told me ā€œhold on sir, I cannot get my phone to pause my show.ā€ When I needed an extra blanket. Mattresses are very old and extremely uncomfortable.

Clearly, "clean" is relative. The hotel has a sheen of dust/dirt. Their standards of clean are subpar. I'm so disappointed in the hotel. Front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful. One housekeeper had to come and clean again after we checked in and she was super pleasant. Hair on shower wall, greasy tile floors that hadn't been mopped, dust and sand on the desk and other surfaces. Remotes were filthy (I always travel with bleach wipes and the wipes had visible dirt on them from the buttons). The breakfast was ho-hum and the area not that clean. Serving utensils were never cleaned or swapped out. And hot food and Styrofoam plates and bowls is diabolical. The young man was nice. The lady was rude and had on a dirty shirt at 7:30am. Toddler underwear were in one of the elevators for more than 24 hours. Trash can was dirty at 6:55am. The bulk of the housekeeping staff appear to be white women, and as a black woman in the South, they did not feel hospitable (to me, and I know the vibe well). They barely speak even when greeted. I'm a platinum IHG member on a tour with Holiday Inn Vacations. Both companies should be ashamed.

Really went downhill since last time here. Front desk checkin lady was very good, but that was abouut the extent of good things here. Breakfast or at least that 's what they call it is a Joke. Eggs(not sure wht thry really are) looked awful. Very small selection of anything else. Rooms in need of major rehab. You can get a lot better for less money. Avoid this place
