I can't speak for all the rooms, but room 18 is great. King bed, doesn't smell like smoke, everything works like it's supposed to and it's very good for the price. I'm pleased. The lady at the front desk was also pleasant. She stated that they're remodeling the interior rooms of the main building, so if they're even nicer than the exterior rooms like the one that I'm staying in, that's awesome. I'm glad the hotel owners are reinvesting back into their business here because I travel a lot and hotels are very hit and miss. This one is a good one!!

The woman that works the desk I guess is the manager is the nastiest woman I've ever met in my life she is rude she is nasty rude rude rude and she talked crap about my kid you didn't tell me you had a grandson staying here I said well what are we not supposed to have kids and so she said if he messes up anything you'll pay $5,000 for the pipeline she was just unbelievable It took everything in us not to slap the s*** out of her she was just extremely unprofessional and I know she kept saying if we caused any trouble we'd get kicked out and anyway I just do not like this woman she is bad for this business and that's all I have to say except don't stay there

Disgusting all over, definitely false advertisement 39.99 $posted outside but charged 55$.Roaches and rats in rooms..Dirty rooms unvacuumed floor fridge and microwave.Toilet not clean tub not clean dirty mirror.Bugs crawling in bed.Dirty sinks.Dirty sheets. There management wonāt refund money just send you to another dirty room and even if you find a rat in your room you still donāt get your money back .They donāt offer breakfast .But thatās probably a good thing.

Tonight I stayed at this location in room 47. I checked in around 6pm. Around 9:30 is when I began noticing roaches (about 2 medium sized) but then saw baby roaches crawling over the others bed bottom half near the floor. This isnāt my first stay here but this is my first time experiencing this type of issue and will probably be my last night staying. The staff did nothing to help improve the situation even saying ābug spray would make more bugs come outā. Sheās didnāt even come check the room or apologize for the inconvenience and now Iām having to sleep in the car for the night. Thanks Ashburn Inn š
