Writing this review for my fiance. Woke up to bed bug bites and an attitude from the hotel staff when the issue was brought up. Not only told her no refund even though she was covered in bites, but some how upon checking out charged her card again (even though she already paid). If this sounds like a good time to you, I recommend this place..I doubt they even realize she was recording the interaction and has pics and videos of the bed bugs. I am gonna make sure she posts the pics because this place is disgusting

This hotel was nice wish the pool was open but other then that it's a wonderful family oriented place breakfast is amazing service is amazing ever have a problem it gets fixed right away.Thank you everyone

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Multiple restaurants and businesses around area allows for easy to find food locations. Close to the busy Charlotte and Monroe areas. Friendly staff.

Nice, getting updated, friendly staff. Limited but nice breakfast options. Rooms very spacious with sofa desk and seating area. nice size bathroom. We stayed in October and did not have to turn on air or heat. Room very well insulated. And the refrigerator in room was QUIET. Have had issues in other places. All the amenties in the room . Very much appreciated.
