This is a beautiful new hotel that I consider especially upscale for the Courtyard brand. It would have been a five star review if not for the housekeeping issues. I’ll provide my Pros and Cons: PROS: Beautiful facility in a very nice suburban area of Greenville which means plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had a quiet stay but did ask for a room away from the interstate side. The rooms are large and well-appointed, and our room was very clean when we arrived. CONS: The beds were on the firm side. We were told at check-in there would be no housekeeping unless you ask. And even if you ask, still no housekeeping. When I did ask, the housekeeper gave me a look, but I still expected her to clean the room once during our three night stay. Instead, while we were out, she literally left towels and did nothing else even though it was obvious we needed our supplies replenished. We took out our own garbage and went to the front desk for basic necessities - a subpar experience. The Covid excuse days are over. FYI - There are no upgrades for Marriott Platinum Elite members.

This is a newer hotel, and really should be a five star review. I’ve stayed there three times and always get an average stay. Smells musty, beds aren’t super comfortable. Bathrooms are already starting to show wear. For the money it’s OK and not the end of the world, but isn’t my favorite.

Nice hotel, looked new. Handicapped accessible room had a nice roll-in shower. Easy access from the highway, but no road noise. The bistro had a limited dinner menu, but the breakfast menu was excellent.

Was a little worried about some of the previous housekeeping reviews, but our stay here was very good and it is in a good location to Greenville if you do not want to stay downtown and spend a lot of money. Room was nice, liked the shower setup. Hotel bar was very expensive. We went down the street to J Peters for dinner one night and the food was very good and another night for appetizers and drinks. Not much directly around the hotel except for J Peters but you are close to 385 and only 1 exit from Woodruff Rd which has every kind of store and restaurant you could ever imagine. Would recommend call ahead, reservations or an app because they all are very busy. Even breakfast places.

Hospitality from the start. Mr. Randolph at the front desk was absolutely a pleasure. He welcomed my daughter and I. He was professional and very kind. Great first impression. We are participating in the BMW performance driving school in Randolph also suggested Porsche driving school in Atlanta, Georgia. I asked about a quiet room, and he said that the windows are insulated and quiet and they sure were. We had a very peaceful and restful night. Great hotel. Will definitely stay there when we come back again.
