Our room was clean, spacious and recently renovated. Bathroom was very nice as well. Complimentary cookies were available upon arrival. Breakfast was good with the usual offerings including fresh cut up fruit. The food was replenished as needed with friendly staff. We really appreciated the complimentary take home bag with water, apple and bagel/peanut butter. A nice touch. The Hampton Inn that we stayed at the following night in Maryland didnât offer these freebies, although it was $30 cheaper. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn.

As a Diamond Hilton Honors member we stay at a LOT of properties every year. When traveling PA to/from Florida we generally break the drive in Florence and I pick a property on price counting on a clean bed. We have stayed at this property before but this particular stop the breakfast was exceptional. Abundant fresh fruit, good hot selections. Gracious staff, tables cleaned promptly. The ladies and management earned this shout-out.

You canât go wrong staying at a Hampton Inn. They are always clean which is the most important thing. Their breakfast was great. The breakfast staff was great love the fresh blueberries and strawberries. One of the great things is that there is a little restaurant right in front where everything is homemade I would definitely check that out

Refurbished done cheaply. No clocks or timepiece in room to check when make a nighttime trip to the bathroom. When questioned was told to use phone. Ridiculous response. Who keeps phone on when sleeping so it will drain, disturb sleep with spam call or text? Maybe the ignorant nasty front desk lady of low IQ. The pillows were so soft that they offered no support. Bathroom sink water didnât go down properly. Of course the housekeeper could not have missed it if she cleaned the sink. This was my stop twice a year on way south & back north for many years. We will never return. Will rethink association with Hilton. They can also keep their one ply toilet paper.who is the customer

Not all very friendly. Evening checkin ladies were not friendly. No âWelcomeâ, only one word answers in between texting on their phones. But the housekeeping stay the next day were very nice. Food was mediocre. Room was clean No complaints on the room.
