Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Anderson SC

Could not have asked for a better stay. Clean rooms and spectacular service all the way around. From the front desk clerk to the cleaning ladies everyone greeted you with a smile and was more than willing to have a conversation with you. Very accommodating and has an indoor heated pool if that’s your thing.

We had the pleasure to stay at Country Inn & Suites, Anderson, SC on 5 Oct and again tonight on 8 Oct. I called the hotel before I made my first reservation to ask some questions. We needed two rooms. The desk clerk that answered the phone was Shawna. She took the time to answer all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable about all that the hotel had to offer. She also assisted me with questions about my points with Choice Hotels. I actually thought that she was a member of management by the way she carried herself. Because of our initial interaction with Shawna, we decided to stay here again tonight, 8 Oct, and luckily Shawna was working again. Shawna showed excellent customer service skills and is the primary reason we stayed here. I recommend that Shawna be recognized for her outstanding service to my family. If she’s not in management, she should be! Other businesses need employees like Shawna. Thanks for everything!

We stayed for a night while looking at some property in the area. The staff are friendly, and the location is so easy off of 85. We had breakfast which is complete with eggs or yogurt. Oh.... and the free coffee is delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, this hotel sits perpendicular to I-85 making it noisy all night long. My room was on the fourth Flute and I could still hear traffic all night. And apparently my room was above the patio, and I could hear conversations as well. While this did not affect my stay, the girls who checked me in were dressed like they were hanging out at home in shorts and graphic tees, not even close to professional. I would not recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and the staff was great!!! House keeping was so helpful and kind when we needed extra towels. It is located in a great location. So many amazing restaurants close by and it was close to where we were visiting.
