I had my dates wrong and the sweet girl at the desk fixed my error. Rooms are very clean as well as the grounds. White bedspreads are something I always appreciate. Have no qualms about staying here. We had been camping in a tent and spent all day at SDC and were not looking forward to a tent tonight so we made online reservations, I’ve never been so happy to have a clean room and a comfy bed

This is a hidden treasure. When I booked, I had no idea how close this property was to area attractions, shopping and dining venues. It offers a nice, clean, comfortable stay. And quiet!! Although there were other guests, I never heard them. There is a heated, indoor, salt water pool on site. Free, hot breakfast in the lobby with juices, coffee and assorted breads and snack items for later. The rooms are a little dated, but they are well maintained, have great A/C, fantastic hot water pressure, a mini fridge and iron/ironing board. I really enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend!

Carriage House was the perfect place for us to stay, for location and value. The staff is friendly and the inn is cute, clean and comfortable. We loved everything about it. The breakfast has enough variety to allow for choices on a muti-day stay.

We actually stayed here the first time in the summer of 2024. Great hotel. We came back this time for the price and also the staff. We had an issue when we arrived with a light fixture in our room. Turned out we just needed a bulb but all the staff had gone home for the day. They gave us a bulb and that fixed the light. No problem. Next morning we wake up to no hot water in our room. They were shocked. As soon as we were ready to leave they came in and fixed it. All good to go! Even the next morning they checked on us to make sure we had hot water. Extremely great people always helpful!

Very clean! A little dated but that was ok! Friendly staff! Breakfast was just ok! Close to everything! Bed slept good! Terrible pillows! Air was very cool! Tip is to stay on bottom floor or second floor so you don’t have to use stairs. There is no elevator!
