I Stayed here for a week when my floors were being redone in my house and the The staff made my stay comfortable. It was really quite which I appreciated. Sasha in Management was great and the front desk person was really polite and helpful. the location was convenient as well, super close to the highways

Don't ever stay at Extended Stay. They first gave us a room that was already occupied! The room had a basket of dirty laundry greeting us as we entered the room. Then we saw used towels in the bathroom, full waste baskets, and a dirty room. We complained at the desk, the manager apologized, and then she put us in a better room. Our room had no kitchen utensils or plates as advertised. The breakfast was only breakfast bars and very tiny muffins. There was no ice bucket or coffee machine in the room. The staff was not very friendly. We will never again stay here.

Horrible service. Rude, Lazy employees. Especially the manager. Will make sure to tell people about my experience. I had booked through an app with my sons email they did not let me check in. Did not even suggest to help. The only thing I had to do is go on the app and change it. I was very upset. Called Priceline and they were happy to get me another hotel.

Dirty bed linens, was given towels torn and stained. Soap scum all over the shower and tub. Employees not very friendly, one in particular very rude. Cigarette butts, dog droppings and trash all over.

I decided to stay here because I understood it would have been one of my best options instead of choosing a CHEAP MOTEL!!! Only to come and end up paying $230 for absoloute GARBAGE!!! I arrived at check in and went through a very stressful and long process to the point we’re I wanted to go elsewhere but my wife didn’t want more of a hassle I arrived around 2:00am to have to call the front desk for sheets THAT WERE FILTHY!! The pillows had a max Ferber count of 20 the most uncomfortable feeling ever!!!! And you would think for a $230 payment PLUS $100 hold that they LIE AND SAY YOU GET RIGHT BACK AT CHECK OUT I opened the refrigerator and not even a bottled water it was horrendous that you pay so much and get so little I booked for 2 adults and for what looked like 1/2 a bar of soap and a baby shampoo bottle and they focus so much on stating that there is free breakfast as if it were to be a whole meal and they give you a PLASTIC BAGGED MUFFIN AND COFFEE AND I THINK IS COMPLETLY UNACCETABLE to finish off they also decide it’s OK to leave a garbage cart in the middle of the hallway completely unattendedI WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK AND NOT HAVE THAT EXPERIENCE!!!
