Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport

Extremely convenient if you have an early morning flight. So close and easy access to security. Just a heads up you won’t get any parking paid for unless you are a global elitist. Hotel was nice and clean and we enjoyed our evening. Biggest tv in a hotel room I’ve ever seen. Nice and quiet in evening.

The hotel was clean. The restaurant served good food. The furnature in the restaurant was worn. Ask to be seated at a table. The bench you sink into and can't reach the table. I did not like that there was not a comfortable chair to sit on in my king room. The desk had a chair and the table had one chair.

Very expensive for a less than 24 hour stay. Check in at 3 checkout out at 11. Over $400. Paying for convenience of location. Room wasn’t clean. Customer service was good. Ate dinner there, wasn’t impressed. Fish and chips was more breading than fish.

The best part of this Hyatt is proximity to the airport, front desk staff not friendly OR helpful, the room we got as a reward member was horrid, the ice machine outside our door dropped ice all night, the desk was unattended at checkout, as usual, even to report it. The bath towels are thin, not Hyatt quality, and they dont respond to online survey complaits

Very convenient to the airport -- less than a 5 minute walk through a covered walkway with moving sidewalks to speed you along your way. Lobby area looks nice but arrived late/left early so didnt use. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained (everything worked) but the furnishings are less than expected for the Hyatt Regency brand.
