We stayed here last summer in Tower 2 and I mentioned that the room (by the pool) had a terrible musty odor from the vents. We stayed here again because it’s otherwise a nice hotel with a perfect proximity to downtown Pittsburgh. This time we stayed in Tower 1 and everything was perfect. Restaurant/bar, bistro and indoor/outdoor pool (didn’t use) were all bright, clean and festive. Employees were all very kind. Great job! We’ll be back.

I was hosting an event in the hotel and my friend and I always stay so that we can have our fun without driving home afterwards, even though we live local. Your staff was super friendly, and so very accommodating. As for the event, the room is spacious, we had a small attendance this year, and they didn't try to squish us into another room. I loved that we had the same event staff as last year!!! It was nice to see familiar faces as they knew how are event operated, and they as well were very accommodating, getting me a few extra things here and there, like the extension cord I forgot! I have already booked the venue for next year! At the end of the night, my friend and I always hit up the bar before we go to our room for the night. The bartender is excellent. I was very appreciative of her knowledge about the wine and there sweetness or dryness and the underlying notes. Thank you for having such polite and knowledgeable staff. It really makes all the difference.

I've stayed at a lot of Hilton properties over the years and this has to be one of the absolute worst. Check the HVAC before you settle in Ours was so loud it shook the walls. And if you are going to shower in the morning you may want to turn on the hot water before you go to bed, otherwise you may get Luke warm at best. Very disappointed for the price paid.

Great hospitality from the staff. From guest services to the bartender (Shout out to Tiffany-the most fun I’ve had at a hotel bar) and the housekeeping team. They all made me feel like I was home. The bar scene was lively and allowed me to wind down!
