Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square

We would definitely stay here again. Very clean and location was perfect for us. The whole team was amazing but extra shout out to Steven with Security!

The hotel is found in an excellent location and the service was very good. However, the room maintenance was not good: in the first room the mattress was broken, and to I was transferred to a different room. however, in the second room closet door was out of place and there was an issue with hot water.

4 star room and location. 2 star service. We waited struggling to stay awake, past midnight for extra bedding. They messed up a coffee order. The $25 buffet breakfast does not include coffee, which is $6 extra wtf. Not again. There are hopefully better options.

I am a longtime top tier member of Accor ALL and have stayed at this property several times a year for many years. I was given a complimentary suite upgrade, greeted by name and allowed to check in early. Some chocolates and fancy waters were waiting in the room which was much bigger than I needed, but welcome nonetheless. I had plenty of room to watch TV and to use my computer. Breakfast buffet was very nice and they told me I could order off the menu as well, although I didn't really need more food. Breakfast service was good and coffee refills were there without my asking. I was at the bar every night and had one meal there. The food was quite good and not overly expensive. One day I had some special takeout in my room and they let me take a glass of wine and cutlery up to enjoy my meal. Staff are attentive and friendly. I would never stay anywhere else in Philly!
